Simone and Kathleen | Elopement at Pioneer Church | Sellwood, OR

Over the summer, I got to witness a church elopement second shooting with Jamie Carle. Simone and Kathleen met over Instagram and hit it off instantly. They have been smitten with each other ever since.

One of the most special moments was a first dance immediately after being declared married. Simone and Kathleen say they dance often, but this dance was extra significant as they slow danced to ‘At Last’ by Etta James.

We adventured around Sellwood, which included a beach waterfront with a view of downtown Portland, a forest park with a perfect assortment of trees to compliment Kathleen’s yellow boots, and the perfect dock to waltz down.
